When he retired for the first time, Sean McKinley '63 set a goal for himself: To play a round of golf at every one of the 100 top-rated courses in the country. To the surprise of no one who knows Sean, he completed that goal earlier this year.

Alumna organizes 'Handmade for Japan'

Ayumi Horie ’96, who earned her BFA from Alfred University,  was the spark behind the creation of “Handmade for Japan,” which began as three-day online art auction and now continues as an online fund-raising effort to assist Japan in its recovery from the March 11 earthquake and tsunami.
